Of course it does. Usually I find some good Cachaca, but not always. I was introduced to it by some Brazilians in Germany, but most of the Caipis I had there were kind of poor.
Perhaps it was a Riesling.
I'm trying to remember the name of the one the bar uses, their online menu isn't working; think they're site is going through some updates. Caipis in Germany? Okay let's not stereotype, else UK would be in the same boat. I would've thought now you'd be able to find some good ones in the States. Besides this, do you have another cocktail you like? Daquiris are usually nice.
Maybe....I'll try and ask my friends later.Quote:
Yeah got to meet some mods too, so that was nice.Quote:
Yeah it really does. My instructor tries to be encouraging and positive, bless him but sometimes you just don't wanna hear it cos it sounds patronising lol.Quote:
I've never actually looked for a Caipi in the US. Next time I'm out, I'll find out.
Not really. I'll drink a Cuba Libre, but it's pretty tasteless.
When were you in London? Yes, prices here are ridiculous lol, such a ripoff. At my usual place here, they used to do 2 for 1 cocktails on mondays from 6-11pm; so me and my friends used to go every Monday for months lol. We concluded that they changed it because of us.Quote:
That's Rum and Coke, right? IF I'm having rum, I most always have dark rum. :Quote:
Ahhh found it, turns out it was a sparkling white wine called Moscato D'asti; but it was very nice, though I don't often drink sparkling wines.Quote:
Well I guess. We didn't hang for as long as we initially planned because of other plans, so we'll do it again soon.Quote:
I remember that when my dad would teach my sister bay parking and I tagged along; hilarious stuff!Quote:

I expected to pay like five pounds for a Caipi at this place, I ordered it and then saw that it was like 9.50. I was like wtf?
That sucks, man.
How did you like the city? besides the extortionate prices for drinks and other things?Quote:
If you ever get the chance to find it and try, do so. I'd be curious to know what you make of it.Quote:
No actually, the only british mod besides me is Bugzee. It was Matzik1212 and Teeba, who are Romanian and Pakistani respectively.Quote:
I dunno who I felt sorry for more; for a while there I swear she wanted to push him out of the car. LOL.Quote:
That's really close. I've been around Great Portland Street on my last few visits to London, even on Thursday. I've never stopped over at Millenium Bridge, passing over it. You should've gone to see the O2 and taken one of the boats across the Thames.Quote:
They live here. Teeba studies here and Matzik works here.Quote:
Just him and the llama/alpaca?
Oh right, I got you. It's £26 to do it now. Either way, it's wasted on someone with a fear of heightsQuote:
Are you still thinking of a new thread title similar to everyone else? May I suggest:
- Lyra Belaqua
Though some of them you probably don't know
