Here I think Anotsu revealed that the boats were either borrowed or inherited from his grandfather.
Anotsu stated that Itto-ryu's true intent was REALLY going to go away from Edo and settle there, inheriting their beliefs still, that only the strong survives, and quietly observe Bakufu, until the day Chaos reign and Itto-ryu would rise again.
Anotsu states that it seemed that Japan at this time did not care for and is not aware of the importance of the existence of Itto-ryu, but he believes that the day would come.
But it all doesn't matter now because everyone is dead.
Then Anotsu goes on about how he will slay Habaki before he takes off.
Then he criticized Habaki for disguising as the "justice" when they killed countless innocent men in the sake of Bakufu and other glorified excuses.
Anotsu points out that the Bakufu thinks Manji is sinned because he had slayed over 100 people, while contradicting the fact that Bakufu uses Manji's body to experiment upon thousands of men.
Basically Anotsu is questioning the morality of this killer/murderer thing, we'll need some serious translation for this chapter.
Habaki disagrees entirely with Antosu, but I'm not sure what he said.
Habaki then ordered Arashino (the big dude) to take care of Manji and Rin
Per Manji - killed over 100 government officers and refusing to reveal the key to his immortality, EXECUTE!
Per Rin - coupled with devious companies to invade Edo Castle, killing guards and setting bombs at the Castle, causing severe damage and threat to the Edo, EXECUTE!
Habaki ordered Mitake, Doma, and Tarieshin to take care of Makie
Per Makie - refused arrested and killed well over 10 government officers - EXECUTE!
Per Anotsu - and then you - Anotsu Kagehisa, just by being the head of Itto-ryu is worth dying a 10,000 times, and I will execute you myself.

Makie vs. Mitake, Doma, and Tarieshin
Anotsu Kagehisa vs. Habaki Kagimura
