You don't need to do that. Just add it into the new cell. For two languages just make two csv files :).

This will be for french people and only seen by french people so... I would hope that having the accents wouldn't confuse but help them :). But if you're worrying that using them would cause trouble...

Find is really just a search box area. Whereas Browse has a list that you sort through....
