They (along with every true couple ever) remind me of
sonnet 116. Particularly the lines "Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds, or bends with the remover to remove. O, no! it is an ever-fixed mark that looks on tempests and is never shaken". If that's not Sakura, I don't know what is.
It's not just the big things like how Sakura NEVER gave up on Syaoran even when it seemed as though he had truly lost his humanity or how the pain of losing her was enough to both save Syaoran and drive him to suicide. It's also the little things like that moment in piffle after the race when Syaoran says "Yes, she's amazing" *awwww, he thinks she's amazing! Now
that's just special* or that time when they smile at each other after she's won the race or the way that they can't seem to
not finish each other's sentences in 224 or the way that they
look at each other or the way they seem more in love after being together for years or I'll just stop now before I dissolve into a puddle of warm fuzzies (mixed metaphor?). They balance epic passion and everyday domesticity so very well.
And they're such
nice people!
