Despite a title of "Of the Country", there's barely anything related to the country in this manga at all. Nor do any of the characters present speak a shred of dialect, which is commonplace in essentially anywhere outside Tokyo, more so in smaller country towns, where this manga claims to be set.

The characters are stereotypical, the dialogue is uninspiring, and there isn't a lot to say for uniqueness plot-wise.

seinen manga doesn't mean that the manga is gonna have nonstereotypical characters, or inspiring dialogue, or a unique plot.
