Summary and Preview

This manga is part of a series that follows the life of Japanese businessman ('salaryman') Shima Kosaku, as he works his way up the ranks in Hatsushiba Electric. Joumu Shima Kosaku (Executive Managing Director Shima Kosaku) comes after Torishimariyaku Shima Kosaku and before Senmu Shima Kosaku. In Joumu Shima Kosaku, he is in charge of the Chinese branches of Hatsushiba Electric. Kosaku finds himself dealing with the new branch managers, who each have their own ideas of how to run their branches and to integrate into Chinese society. Overall, he works tirelessly to contribute to the success of Hatsushiba Electric. [tethysdust]

Another story from the saga of Salaryman Shima Kousaku of the Hatsushiba Electric Company.

This time Kousaku finds himself working at Hatsushiba's Chinese division, and, as usual, nothing is going smoothly. His superiors have different and incompatible ideas, romantic entanglements are complicated, he can't go to the video store without finding a ripoff of the latest Japanese video games, and political protests threaten to severely disrupt Hatsushiba's operations.
