Summary and Preview

Ayase Chizuru has just moved to a new school. All the girls can't wait to ask her what her family's like and find out things about her, but they have some pretty odd ideas...

"Is your father a company chief?"
"Well, in a manner of speaking..." (If by "company" you mean "he's got good company at his corner office".)
"What's your house like?"
"Well, it's nothing really, smaller than the last one, just a normal five story--"
"Five Stories! What a mansion!"

Chizuru meant to say fifth-story apartment, but with the damage done, her classmates think she's a rich girl from a wealthy family, and she doesn't mind the attention. The only trouble is the lengths she has to go to to keep up the charade, nevermind that her father hasn't even been going to work lately...
