Summary and Preview

Miura Honoka led the women’s Japan soccer team to the Olympic silver medal and inspired many young girls to compete in soccer, including her own sister-in-law Rui. Miura Rui lost her mother when she was young and she looked up to Honoka because she resembled her late mother and because of Honoka’s success. Promising herself that she would be as great of a player as Honoka, she proves her soccer talent and is soon accepted to the junior league boarding school. There she meets another soccer prodigy, Sakurai Yayoi, who is new to the school just like Rui. [vyc]
