Summary and Preview

On the day of the high school entry ceremony Niina Kasuga is struck by fever and found cowering on the floor by Eito Koga who brings her to the infirmary. She passes out and only after recovering and starting her high school life 3 days delayed she trys to find out who he is in order to thank him. Right after having badmouthed the haughtiness of the special intensive class, she learns he's in that class, too. Ashamed and already fascinated by his incorruptibility and intelligence, sweet-tempered but clumsy Niina wants to excuse but her attempts just end in more blunder. Koga is amused by her naive advances and although not interested in dating anyone he agrees into her suggestion to "date on trial", since it promises more opportunities to watch her charming struggle for his love. Niina, from now on repeatedly walking into his traps makes her friends and family wonder: Is Koga really good for her? Niina on the other hand just asks herself: Will she ever make him love her?
