Summary and Preview

Kimizuka Aoi is an avid anime otaku and is the school weirdo who no one talks to. One day, he snaps after a group of girls tease him and goes on a 200 hour anime marathon. His attempt to escape reality triggers something in his brain that causes his brain to manifest a girl named Yaotome that only he can hear or see. Apparently, Yaotome is a Moso Doll that appears only to the most fanatic of otaku and becomes stronger the more Aoi loves her.
