Summary and Preview

The private Voltstein Academy is commonly known as the Occult Academy, due to its dean's fascination with the occult and the constant string of supernatural events that seem to happen there. After the dean appears to have died of a heart attack, his daughter Maya comes to visit and is pulled back into the crazy world of Occult Academy. Although she had a lot of interest in the occult as a child, she now completely despises anything having to do with it.

While on campus, she witnesses the arrival of a former-spoon-bending "time agent" from the future, Uchida Fumiaki. He claims that the world is going to be destroyed on July 21st, 1999, and something at the Occult Academy is going to trigger it. To find that trigger, he comes armed with a cell phone that shows a simulation of the future given the immediate destruction of the object photographed. While looking for the trigger, Maya and Fumiaki deal with various supernatural problems, and the deadline for saving the world creeps ever closer. [tethysdust]
