Kadokawa Shoten's monthly magazine, Newtype has been webcasting various anime titles from Kadokawa's catalog. Some are free, some require you to sign up. To help boost subscriptions they're having a 5% discount on signing up as well as a Haruhi Figurine for those that sign up from October to March (3150 yen).
The price is 525 yen / month in which you get to watch ALL the shows they link on the site. You also get to be included in special giveaways (like the Haruhi one) as well as extra material for their phones and what not^^.
Those of you in Japan (and that are reading this post) sign up if you want your very own Haruhi figure! I know I do...
