Fujii Alice starts living with her terrible uncle after her mother commits suicide when her heart condition got worse. Her uncle treats her like trash when, one day, she walks in on an assassin, code named Kumo, killing him. As Kumo comes after Alice, something inside her awakens and she is able to defend herself, severely injuring Kumo, something no ordinary human can do.

He realizes that she has a condition called Congenital Excessive Condition (CDC) which enables her to focus her concentration on one thing to produce extreme amounts of agility and power. He takes Alice in, hoping to train her to be a master assassin just like him.

There exists a horrific newspaper called the Fear Newspaper that foretells of people’s extreme misfortunes. Nana suffers from extreme memory loss where not only can he not remember who he is or his past, he is unable to remember literally anything he has learned since childhood. He drifts into a small town where he meets Ichika and Niru, siblings looking for star water. Their youngest sister, Sante, was severely injured from a mysterious explosion and without star water, which is said to cure any injury or illness, she can not survive for long.

Nana, Ichika and Niru head off to the Zaieth kingdom where the star water is supposedly being held only to find out about a plan for world domination, starting with the small town the kids live in. Nana is unable to save the town or the 3 siblings when a massive bomb goes off. He vows on their lives that he will make it so no wars will ever occur again.

In order to be more popular, Karugasaki Tora has decided to become a delinquent. As a result, he ended up repeating his second year of high school. He's no more popular now than he was before, but at least there's a cute, solitary girl who sits next to him in class. After a couple of incidents occur between the two of them that leave Tora injured, the girl realizes she has feelings for him. Unfortunately, only now does Tora realize the truth; the girl is actually a ghost, and he's now been dragged into her dangerous supernatural situation.

Here's a note from vyc:
Decent amount of good series this week. Arachnid - assassin series with a young teenage girl. the adult/mature level is very cool and has a lot of potential. Tripeace - reminds me a lot of Tri-Gun b/c of the character and humor. cant wait to see what kind of dark past the main character has. We see a glimpse of it in the ending but it is still unclear what it means. Lots of potential to blow up.
My opinion:
Itsuka Sora kara sounds kind of funny with the friend falling for him when he transforms into his mom, although who would transform into that form? Solo Nigrum sounds a bit intriguing with the dark/evil music aspect. Ushiro no Shindere-san sounds a bit fun - falling in love with a ghost. XD
