I saw that you have inverted positions between the first 2 images. Then it's seems like some dialogues are missing.

Yeah, page 1 should be page 2 in your version, and vice versa. One more tip might be to increase the image size of your pics? 600x900 is kind of small for anyone who wants to read it at full screen. Most monitors are at least ?x1080 these days.

But other than that, great job!

[SPOILER ALERT!!]

oh yeah, one important switched dialogue is the part where Naruto realizes that Kakashi is dead...in Japanese he says "souka" (hken translation: "..Oh..") but I don't see it in your scanlation but you accidentally repeated "Gamakichi" there..^^;

All in all I would say a little bit more quality control - but great for a first try, and such speed. Esp. if you're doing it all by yourself.

This is really bad TBH, there's a lot of typos (non jutsu?), some misplaced bubbles, some muddy pages...Hopefully it was a learning experience, better luck next time.
