Thanks to a very generous member here on Mangahelpers - aso464 - there is now chapter 14! I'll be getting right on to cleaning the scans and when it's translated I'll have the chapter out for all english readers pleasure!

Thank you all for being so patient and to those who have helped to hurry along the scanlation of this manga into english! To all fans who read, don't forget to thank those who upload raws and translate chapters - not just the scanlating group, they take on a lot of hard work themselves to get it done!

Due to the lack of scans for chapters 14-16, I am waiting to release the scanlation for chapter 17 and the special. I have asked around at some of the places that the scans are uploaded and the general (more than not) consensus was to wait for chapters 14-16, as to not ruin anything with spoilers in chapter 17 - and/or confuse anyone. If you have any questions or comments for me reguarding the scanlations I have done, the scanlation for chapter 17 and the special, or anything in general associated with Matsuri Special and scanlating, please feel free to message me.
