It was a bit of an adventure to finally get this release out (two others are very close to being done as well), but it's finally here. I'm hoping to start getting faster with future Elna releases.

Again a hearty thank you to Artaya for his wonderful translation work on this chapter, I really appreciate your hard work!

Thank you again to tieusa1711 for making the RAW available and giving me high quality scans to work from.
