No, I haven't really translated this, seeing as I don't know japanese...
Thanks to HisshouBuraiKen, hope you don't mind, mate, I've actually played around and modified his translation to give it the all-american feeling!

Page 2:
Text: Shikamaru presses on!
Title: Theres not going to be an after.
Hidan: Shit, he knows
Izumo: What ya doing?!
Shikamaru: Trying to pull him outta the damn circle.
Succeed and his jutsu will
be de-activated.
Page 3:
Izumo: Sure bout that?
Shikamaru: The scythe
Three blades
theres a reason for that
He only needs to land one attack from what I can tell, but he uses them to increase his range as well as chances of connecting.
Doesnt really matter if its a big or little wound, its used to draw blood.
As long as his hit connects
hes able to kill his opponents with that jutsu.
Izumo: The curse, you mean?
How the hell does one small wound, turn into that?!
Shikamaru: The blood.
He needs to drink the blood of his opponent to make a link between the two bodies.
Izumo: Yea, he licked it of the freaking blade.
Yea, now I get it, all he has to do is make a wound get a little blood on his scythe and then use it
to curse them.
Asuma: I see...

Shikamaru: Its obvious his body changed right after he licked the blood off the scythe, but theres something else for the trick to work
a pretty obvious one too.
Kotetsu: More?
Kakuzu: This little shits pretty good.
Shikamaru: He didn't just stand around and get hit by Asuma's fire jutsu.
As soon as it started, he booked it back to that circle.
After, he started shouting, Its time to start the ceremony! and Everythings ready!
The only way he can start the jutsu
is if he stays inside that circle.

Hidan: Fuck you asshole
Shikamaru: Shut your piehole!

WHEN I GET FREE, IM GONNA RIP YA TO SHREDS! THEN BURN THE FUCK OUTTA YA! THEN GRIND YA TO DUST!
Shikamaru: Looks like there wont be a freaking after for you.
Hidan: Arrgh!
Shikamaru: There we go! Hes outta there!
Asuma: Sweet! Lets see if your theories been proven, Shikamaru!

Look who shouted his fucking head off.
Hidan: Hahaha, true, nonetheless.
I dont wanna just stand here while you tease me.
