Disclaimer: The raw I have (which I got from the mangahelpers page, many thanks!) is pretty blurred and I can't make out a lot of words; in addition there are some pages after what I thought was the last page which I have not included in the translation. (I ran out of time). If a better raw comes out, I may or may not come back to this and provide a better translation, depending on time. But probably not, as other people will probably have done better translations by then. Anyway I hope that poor as it is, this thing is useful to people who want to make sense of a few things.
