• When a magician has procured a certain ‘device’ there are still some rules on how it can be used depending on location and ability.
• ‘Devices’ are only a part of a magician’s ability to create miracles, and the rest lies in the strength of belief that they have. It is for this sake that Device stores have to be very stringent in the ‘devices’ that they sell. The raw materials that they use for the ‘devices’ can appear to be nothing more than common decoration, but the ‘device’ truly depends on a trust that is built between customer and seller. It is with this belief, that the ‘device’ can serve its true purpose.
