So before the translation, here's a key for my format.

Legend:
(X) means a bubble with X in it
[X] means text either a box with X in it or an X floating freely
(X[Y]) means there's a bubble with text X and then smaller text Y in the bubble
{H} means there's a heart there
{M} means there's a music note there
Pagination is from the volume raws that I have.
Each section is one panel, line breaks mean the panel's over, and the next section is for the next panel. Sections go in Japanese reading order.
