You don't just change Chakara into lightning with that Jutsu; you decide the power and the range of the attack by altering the chakra as you release the lightning.

Y; ok, Naruto? Be adding not only "nature manipulation" but "form manipulation" to chakara, a ninja's attack ability will improve in leaps and bounds.
Y; It's very rare for a person to be able to use the manipulation of both "nature" and "form" as a set
Y; the training up until now has been to get you to use "wind manipulation"

Y; it takes a tremendous amount of skill to fuse "nature manipulation" with "form manipulation". Or rather, it would be better if I said it requires a kind of knack or special ability.
K; it's not only me who could only take it this far. My teacher, the guy who thought up this jutsu couldn't either.

anyways... for him to be able to use it together is the tricky part, since he can already use them both... just not together... yet >.>

The difficulty of understanding the rest of that Ninjutsu is S rank, or maybe even higher...

Great job Kakashi, (I think it's ok to translate Sasuga as that :p) or... something a tad bit more... natural? (or is it just me...?)

i discovered it because i thougth lets make a scanlation for the first time
so it is possible for sasuke to copy rasengan as well. hmmmm...

Not at all (imo)! To me, it just means that yondaime teached rasengan to kakashi, probably before chidori was made (I don't understand why he would bother to learn rasengan when he already mastered chidori). Still I don't know why he prefers chidori, remembering the fight between naruto and sasuke they just looked the same in power, and rasengan looked a little faster to start, I don't know.
