a. Perhaps this is instead "it's not like you're going to attack me or anything" (so it's okay for us to get close) ...? I'm not sure you can interpret this as an idiom like "I don't bite". (one of the many uses of 襲う is to refer to personal physical attacks, which may be followed by a theft, molestation, etc. That's the image I get here.)
b. First thought bubble on this page, you missed a bit - "どんなに楽か この状況っっ" - "how simple this (situation) would be"
c. "When Noa" -> "When Noa and I"

Maybe this is better as "spent a long time pretending to be asleep" or something, to avoid it sounding like she was only pretending to be asleep during the panel on the previous page...? Lots of time has passed since.

Maybe you should make the implications of オカズ a little more obvious if you're not going to spell it out explicitly...? Quotes around "enjoying", perhaps?

Page 16 – For the "attack" line, I see where you're coming from, and the more I look at it, the more I think that is how it's intended. Tempted to leave it as-is regardless, because that sounds too damn unnatural, but eh. *edit*
For that thought bubble, no, I didn't miss that, I just "left it out" because I thought the meaning was covered fine by what was already there. But *edit* for clarity.

Page 19 – I kind of get the impression she was only pretending to be asleep in the panel on the previous page... that's the whole idea ><
Page 23 – Hm, just looked up オカズ in the dictionary, wasn't aware it explicitly had that meaning XD Good suggestion with the quotes, so *edited* =p
But actually I think that line on 19 is fine as is. xD I dunno how I was reading it before. Sorry.
Hope I helped a little anyway XD;
As far as オカズ goes, WOW. I guess you could have gone with "fap fodder," but 1) the phrase isn't common-usage, and 2) the sentence is scary enough as it is. (^_~)
Is it just me, or does it take a giant stretch of imagination for Kagesaki-sensei to assert that Noa is "Innocent and untainted, beautiful and pure of heart"?
If she can write a rational explanation of how Noa is just playing with her brother, I think it would be a masterful display of storytelling ability. I like her work, and I don't think it's impossible for her to craft something that delicate... I just think it'll be really difficult.
