And it's not Fei Wong's wish to bring Yuuko back, it's freaking Clow's wish
and wth with being created and not being dead means possible life again T__T
Well, now there is a reason for Clow wanting to get rid of his magic (by dumping it onto Eriol and Fuijitak ^^)

though judging by the language used, the situation and the panel itself, I think it is Sakura who is asking what will happen to Yuuko...
