15 is pretty young for a Fairy Tail member these days, and there are high hopes for this guy's future. The Light Magic that Tono uses releases energy from all around his body like a halo, attacking in all directions. He's a quiet kid usually, but there are all sorts of "legends" surrounding him, so he's earned the nickname of "That's Our Tono".
For example:
Tono lives about three hours away from the Guild by coach, but one day he bought a takeaway hamburger from a fast food restaurant near the guild, took the usual three hours to get home, and then ate the by now completely cold hamburger once he'd arrived. Nobody's quite sure how his mind works, but when everyone heard about it, they burst out as one, "That's our Tono!"
