Kazuto: That is Touji's Yoma, "Raikiri". // Raikiri has the power to cut anything it touches. / It would even cut the scabbard used to hold it, and so it has none... / Therefore, Touji's own body becomes the "scabbard".

[TN: A "kekkai", as I'm sure most people know, is a spiritual or magical barrier. I daresay the term has come up earlier and I think I might have translated it, but I think it works nicely left as "kekkai". And of course, the "kekkai" being referred to is likely to be the one sealing the Yoma away.]
