#1 on naos practice menu

”時間走”
"running time"


走トレーニングを
距離ではなく
時間で計る
instead of running a distance
you run a period of time

空の場合は
１０分Ｘ４ｓｅｔ
in soras case
its 4 sets of 10 minutes


１０分と
言われると
短い気もするが
10 minutes might seem like a short time

速い人の
１０分というタイムは
距離にすると
３ｋｍにもなる
somebody that is relatively fast can cover 3km in 10 minutes


ゴール地点が
わからない上に
時間も
知らされない
besides not knowing where the end is
you dont even get to know how much time has elapsed

体力
向上だけでなく
精神面でのタフさも
身につけられる
it doesnt just strengthen the physical stamina
but it toughens the mental stamina as well

growing works by extending the cartilages in the joints

なんかこのへん
this stuff

更にそれが硬質化して
骨になることで
背が伸びるの
which then hardens and becomes bone
and thats how you actually get taller

so when your calcium intake is more than you actually need
the joints harden before they get a chance to grow
