Another WIP translation, seeing as no one has posted anything for this chapter. Expect slowness-- I'm supposed to be translating Baccano! and something for Domo Scans seriously busy atm.

T/N 武闘派: a browse through Wiki suggests the context of a 'hawkish' stance, aggression, war etc, so 'Warmongers' might be better. However, the manga often uses 'ancient' words, so if we revert to a more archaic form this is the result. Sounds kind of lame though, so suggestions are welcome
