Page 1:
Title: Advanced Training!
Side: ANYONE would have said, "Say what?" Kakashi's ultra high-level lecture begins!
Kakashi: Your Mass Shadow Clones.
Naruto: Say what?
Kakashi: That's it, your Mass Shadow Clone technique.
Naruto: That's WHAT?
Kakashi: That's how we're going to do this in a short amount of time.
Naruto: Okay...but how?
Page 2:
Kakashi: I knew it...
All right, I'll explain, but you'd better listen carefully.
Naruto: Please make it as simple as possible!
Kakashi: Yeah, yeah.
You already know that the difference between regular and Shadow clones
is that you make an actual body rather than an illusion.

so the originals can't see us.
We're going to have a quick Rock-Paper-Scissors match.
Bunshin Naruto: Why?
Bunshin Kakashi: Just do it.

Naruto: What're they doing?

Bunshin Naruto: YES! I WIN!
Bunshin Kakashi: Okay, release the jutsu now.
Bunshin Naruto: Right! [ :ossu ]
SFX: BING!
Kakashi: So?
You know what they were doing now?

Naruto: I beat you in rock-paper-scissors.
Kakashi: You get it now?
Anything a Shadow Clone learns or experiences goes back to the original body when the jutsu's released.
Naruto: Yeah...
Naruto and Kakashi: I guess I just never noticed until now...
Kakashi: Obviously, this attribute makes Shadow Clones ideal for recon missions, observing an enemy's camp,
infiltration, and information gathering.
Naruto: Right, but

Kakashi: Something that would take two days by yourself would only take one with a clone alongside you...
With a thousand clones, something that would normally take you twenty years would take a week. [Wow, now we finally get why Kage Bunshin was labelled a forbidden jutsu...it's sick!]
Naruto: AH-HA!!!!
NOW I get it!
Kakashi: We're going to start work on chakra nature manipulation. While we train, you're to have at least 1000 clones working with you at all times.
Naruto: YES SIR! :ossu!

Naruto: So THIS is why you're so strong, Kakashi-sensei!
You've been training like this all your life, huh!
Kakashi: Actually, I've never trained like this once.
Naruto: Huh? Why? You can do Shadow Clones too!
Kakashi: Like I said, I don't have your stamina or your level of chakra,
so I can't maintain the jutsu for that long.
Since it splits the chakra evenly across the clones,
ninja with low chakra capacities, like me, can't use it to its full potential.
Naruto: Huh, really?
So I have more chakra than you?

Kakashi: You have at least TWICE as much!
Naruto: For real??
Man, I'm AWESOME!
Kakashi: And if Yamato keeps the Nine-tails in check,
it could be 100 times more.
???: That's why you're the only one who can handle this kind of training, Naruto.

Naruto: Captain Yamato!
Yamato: Kakashi-san asked me to help out with your training.

Naruto: Thanks a bunch!

Yamato: Most people's chakra naturally lean towards a certain nature...
The Uchia clan, for example, were full of people with an affinity to fire,
thus, they were exceptionally skilled with fire element jutsu.

Kakashi: Those matched with wind are good with Wind Element jutsu,
Lightning, with Lightning Element.
Chidori is a Lightning-Element jutsu, for example.
Naruto: So Sasuke's matched with both Fire and Lightning, then?
Kakashi: You , on the other hand, are a zero.
We have no idea which nature your chakra leans towards.
So we're going to check with these cards.

SFX: Crunch!
Kakashi: If you're Lightning-natured, the paper gets crumpled.
Wind-natured, it gets cut in half.

Water, it gets wet.
Earth, it turns to dust.

Yamato: It's a uniquel paper that reacts to even the slightest amount of chakra.
It's made trees that are fed and nutured with chakra for a long time.
Channel some of your chakra into it and we'll know its nature immediately.
Naruto: Okay....
HAA!
Kakashi: Huh!
Page 17:
Kakashi: Well!
"Wind nature manipulation" training it is, then.
Side: Naruto's nature is that of the wind! With his ability to easily use the "hidden" power of Shadow Clones, what new jutsu will he make?!

think of it like multiple core computers, good at multitasking but when it comes to single thread aplications only works at 1 cores speed,
or is the point being that his clones do the same thing as he does and that he gets the same experience that many time?
I think it's quite well explained in the translation.

It's like, "If Yamato keeps the nine-tails in check (and therefore prevents it from destroying your body), you have the potential to have 100 times my chakra." So in other words, Naruto has the potential, with Yamato around, to SAFELY have control over 100 times the chakra of Kakashi. If the Ya-man DIDN'T keep it in check, Naruto would obviously have like, infinite chakra, but he wouldn't be able to make use of it because he'd be completely out of control, and probably killed eventually from the stress it puts on his body.
