Minato means, among other things, "port." I have no idea if it's meant to have another meaning here, since it's written in Katakana. Namikaze is "waves and wind", or "waves produced by strong winds."

Tsuande: Yeah, they’re alike, alright…

Jiraiya: Oh, no, Minato had talent like you only see once in a generation… the world doesn’t see geniuses of his caliber often.

Jiraiya: Kind and compassionate, but nerves of steel.

Jiraiya: Never had kids of my own, so I don’t know what it’s like being a parent, but…
