Tessho: Moreover, the Panda's weight has slightly decreased but I can't see anything wrong with it.... When I saw that lump, I thought it's a tumor causing

Ryoto: Pandas or rabbits may have different kinds of intestinal bacteria however, the treatment for them are the same.

Because of that, herbivores have a special bacteria inside their intestines; the eaten grass undergo fermentation in their intestines is their way to raise the food's nutritional value (example adding yeast to the wheat flour is a way to make bread). However, because of the reduction of these bacteria, the fermentation does not go well, resulting into nutrition deficiency.
The cure is to let them eat feces, which compensates for the lack of these special bacteria.
