自分自身が描く側になると、他の方の作品を見る目も変わってきます。「前は気付かなかったけどここがすごい！」と感動したり、特に単行本の重みが変わりました。何気なくてにする一冊でも、いろんな日々の積み重ねなんだろうなぁ…と勝手に想像してしまったり。良くも悪くも、普通には見れなくなりました。
After I come to draw manga myself, I began to change how I look at other’s people’s work. I got the feeling like “I never noticed this, but this place is just marvelous!” and it particularly changes the importance of one volume of tankoubon to me. I began to think that even the volume that I finished without thinking is probably filled with various good days. Whether that’s bad or good, I won’t normally look at it in that way.
