== I can't remember now, but I got the bad feeling that all these are my fault. Problem with the Japanese is...Sagashimono, with different kanji (thing -> person...and yeah, the sagashi part is mostly another kanji as well, but it still means "to find"...just a slight difference in meaning (since iirc, 探 would mean "to find something that you've had before it got lost", while 捜, which is the kanji used in this case is "to find something that you didn't have before, like recruiting new people, or looking for something to buy." Either way, it's still "to find something". The one I've seen more often used in this phrase is actually the first one though... ._."), so it doesn't really make that much different in English, I believe), would mean something like "lost and found" or "object one's looking for".
