TN: Yeah, I know I didn't add one when I first posted this Translation. I kinda was in a hurry since I had a lot of stuff to do. Anyways, This chapter was sick like in the head. Koichi discovers Giorno is a lot like him because they both are Stand bearers. Although, Looking how Koichi acted in Italy is pretty funny/serious, It should be known that Italy is full of gangsters in real life not just manga/anime. It would make a lot of sense, Being that when Koichi mentioned how can people just leave their stuff sitting on the street like that and the shop guy saying no one dare would steal from them. Meaning that they're some kind of gangster or mob organization. Giorno is also a gangster as well, It's hard to see that thugs can be polite. I guess I'm used to seeing people pull triggers and body's dropping. If that's the case the Stand bearers are the victims and their Stands are their gun (Going back to Hol Horse) from Part 3. Look for more Chapters to be released pretty soon. Anyways here's a song I grew up on as a kid from a legendary rap crew and I think everyone would like hearing a classic Wu-Banga as they're reading this Chapter.
