I've got good news and bad news.

The good news:
Yes, that's right, it's chapter 16. You thought it'd never get released at the pace I was going but here it is in all its pixely goodness.

The bad news:
This chapter marks the end of volume 3 and the end of the raws available online. Unless more raws show up or there's someone out there that has the raws and is nice enough to scan/upload them, there won't be anymore chapters.
