Ok, I'm a little late on getting this out.. that spoiler was kinda odd, missing text in odd places. I may have still missed a few but I think I got 'em all. Let me know if you catch something.. also I'm still not entirely set on Oz for the name of the giant -- lemme know what you think.

しかし影を取られようとも死ぬわけではありません。見て下さいこの通り私の様に・・・あっ！！私死んでました！！！」
However, having their shadow taken doesn’t mean they’re dead. Just look at what happened to me… ahh!! I died!!!
フランキー「そこは別の話だろ！！！影取られても死にゃしねェってんだな」
Franky: That’s completely different!!! Even if their shadows are taken we can’t let them die
ブルック「そういう事です！しかし取られた瞬間皆気を失ってしまうのが難点。2日は目覚めません
Brook: Right! But, the moment when everyone loses consciousness is the weak point. They don’t wake up for 2 days.

ロビン「犠牲者が影を取り返す為に島へ戻って来れない様にね」
Robin: Probably so that the victim cannot come back and retake their shadows, right?
ブルック「そうです！」

Franky: …well, once they lose consciousness, couldn’t they just kill them?

本体と影は引き離されていても一心同体！！本体が死ねば影も消滅してしまいます
Though the flesh and the shadow may be separated, they are still of one soul!! If the body dies, then so to will the shadow disappear
――つまり同時にゾンビも命を失うと言う事です！！敵もこれでは困る為本体を必ず生かすのです
--which means that at the same time the Zombie loses its life! So, the enemy, in order to prevent this, will do all they can to ensure the body goes on living.

Which is precisely why if your nakama have had their shadow taken, they will most certainly be returned, living, to your ship!
このままあなた方まで犠牲者になる様な事になればそれこそ事態は最悪！！全員が影を失くし海をさ迷う事に・・・！！！
As it is, the worst possible case is that you too have your shadow stolen! Once everyone loses their shadow, you will be set to wander upon the sea…
まだ対処できる今の内にお仲間の目を覚ます事が影奪回のチャンスを見出す唯一の方法なのです！！」
For now, the only method available to you is to wake your nakama up, and grasp onto that chance to get their shadows back!!!
フランキー「成る程・・・話にスジが通ってやがる」
Franky: I see… so you actually did have a point.
ブルック「お2人共これを。
Brook: You two, take this.
Franky: 何 What?
Brook: ゾンビ達の弱点です効果は先程スパイダーモンキーで実証した通り」
As you saw earlier with the Spider Monkey, it’s the Zombies’ proven weak point

Brook: It’s…. salt!
Franky: ….塩ォ …..Salt!?
フランキー「・・・・・塩ォ！？邪悪な存在を清めて倒すなんて呪いか何かか？」
Franky: so it’s not like really defeating them.. more like purifying a wicked existence from a sort of curse?
ブルック「――まあ、平たく言えばそんな所で・・・元々悪魔の実の能力で動いているのがゾンビ達

Since salt holds the power of the ocean, it undoes the binding between the soul and the false body.
フランキー「――成る程・・・じゃあこの猿がさっきこの口から吐き出したのがコイツの中にいた影って事だな」
Franky: ….I see… so what we saw fly out of that monkey’s mouth a little bit ago was the shadow inside of him.
ロビン「・・・・そんな弱点があったなんて」
Robin: …to have that sort of weakness….
ブルック「ちなみにゾンビを倒すには口の中へ塩を押し込んで下さい！！それがコツです！！！」
Brook: At any rate, throw salt into the mouths of Zombies to take them down!! That’s the trick!! (With only bones) *note: this is another pun. the kanji for コツ is 骨.

ロビン「――でも、あなたがゾンビやこの島の事にこうも詳しいのはなぜ？」
Robin: ….but, why do you know so much about this island and the Zombies?
ブルック「私が影を取られた5年前、当然船で流されたのですが運よく引き返せる時点で目覚め
Brool: When my shadow was taken 5 years ago, of course I floated about on the ship, but fortunately once I awoke I was able to retrace my steps
島へ戻り戦った事があるのです・・・結果は・・・大敗！！
and return to the island and fight…. the result was…. a crushing defeat!!
・・・命惜しくて逃げました・・・！！！どうしても死にたくなかった――私は船でたった一人の生き残りですから
