- Female Cultural Enforcement Officer. She's small, but she's a full-fledged high-school student! (the real thing)

- Female Sports Enforcement Officer. A firm believer in the power of muscle, an all-around sportsman.
6: Onijima Yousuke
- Male Sports Enforcement Officer. Popularly called "Onicchi". Looks strong and full of guts, but is really weak.

- Librarian. Is really an otaku, the younger of the twins with Naju.

- Vice-Director of the Council of 10. Has a lot of pride, her relationship with Touko is poor.

Musashi and company chase after the traitor, Yukawa, who has taken Akane into the roots of the World Tree!
After forming Chain after Chain and powering up, they met in front of another Door and dealt Yukawa his punishment!
But, just when it seemed like Akane was saved, another mysterious person appeared.
That person was the Eternal Student Council president, Kagura Tooru!!
Mami was overjoyed to be reunited with her brother, but Tooru stabbed her and told her she was useless.
That spurred Musashi and the Council of Ten to attack Tooru, but against that overwhelming power, everybody ended up losing!!
The Tooru that changed from 10 years ago...
What in the world actually happened to him!?
And what is the reason he is so persistent about Akane!?
