Think that's not quite right, they started speaking simultaneously 3 panels before, so that's more like "Go ahead, say whatever you were going to say"
Um... she actually says, that she was unaware of this fact all the time, not that Haruna kept silent.
I believe it has a different meaning, I translated it as "I feel like I made a little step forward..."
Well, this expression 「筒抜け」 means to leak some information, or to be very loud so that everyone else can hear you, as in 「筒抜けに聞こえる」, so something like "I can hear everything, Oshizu-chan" is more correct.
「だからって」 is basically colloquial form of 「だからと言って」 and roughly translates to "That may be true, but ..." or "Even so..."
So anyway, hope you didn't mind a few corrections from me, sorry for getting into your way of translating, it was my fault I didn't confirm whether anyone else was working on TLR already.

was because that frame had a lot of lines around the girls that it seemed to me at the time that they were saying go ahead with taking the guy (as in a dream state kind of "comical thing"). But when u mention it that way, I can understand that it's in a way of letting each other talk.
