Time line: (TN: from top to bottom)
1~3 Weeks: Focus on heavy practice, eat lots of food.
1 week ~ 10 Days: Preparation time ("Tapering off"), Checking form, Turning practice, and other light practice. Eat less meat and eat more carbohydrates like pasta.
Day of Tournament

Orizuka: It's just as Nanako says. During this time its best to do mental training if you can.
Ikamasa: If it's mental training, I've got a great idea!
