The Cut & Perm Champion of the Orient and Pacific JUNKO
There is a parlor in Shimokitazawa that I based this place off, where two hairstylists work. (They're totally different, though.) They work as hairstylists and cameramen at the same time. It's truly a technician's shop. It's a really nice, fashionable store, with a better name than "Junko," and I refuse to get my hair cut anywhere else.
