It's official: Uchimizu's medical knowledge is absolutely insufficient for him to be writing a medical story. Last time, his explanation of reconstructive surgery was ambiguous, requiring read up in order to make sensible sentences, probably because he doesn't understand the procedure himself. (The medieval setting seems to act as a cover for his lack of knowledge.) And this time, it comes across painfully clear that he doesn't know much about lung physiology and anatomy.
