Oitekebori / おいてけぼり / 置行掘
This youkai gets its name from the phrase it is said to utter when people come near or don't leave an offering for it when they fish from its abode. In Japanese, "Oiteke" - literally, "Leave [it/something] and go".

Just a nod to the recent Akamaru special, where this youkai and his lady friend try to trick Rikuo but get found out.

Hurrah, we have a name for one of the brothers! The "Kurou" in his name means black feathers/plumage/wings.
