*note he uses Oira which is a masculin way to say "I"

different from the normal desert sand that he brings up in terms of speed and power.

so that means,

やつは常にひょうたんの中に一定量の砂を持ち歩く
that he's always walking around with a set amount of sand in his gourd.

つまりその砂だけはあらかじめ大量のチャクラを練り込んである特別製ってわけだ・・・
so in other words only that sand is specially made sand made from a ton of old chakra all gathered up



そして　それこそが
あの"絶対防御"とやらの砂であり・・・
