Here's a fairly quick translation of the latest chapter. Not for use in scanlations.

敵はどこにおるんならや。。。
Fukusaku: And just where is our opponent…

どういう事じゃ母ちゃん！？
What’s going on, Ma!?
なして木の葉の里に口寄せせなんだんじゃ！？
Weren’t you summoning us to Konoha village!?
ここが木の葉隠れの里じゃ。。。
Shima: This IS Konoha village…
Naruto: !?
どういう事じゃシマおばぁ！？
Gamakichi: What do you mean, Granny Shima!?
辺りをよう見てみんさい
Shima: Take a good look around you.

Shima: It’s pretty obvious who did this…

Anbu: She must’ve already released her Souzousaisei technique and transferred all of her chakra to Katsuyu…

Anbu: In order to protect the people in the village from Pein’s technique…

Anbu: At this point she…

Byakugan Fodder: That’s?

全てのチャクラを天道だけに集中した時の術の効果は大きいけどその分リスクが高すぎる
Konan: The technique’s impact is much greater when he focuses all of his chakra into Tendou but the risk is too high.
それに以前この術を使った時より五人の復活が遅い。
Konan: And on top of that, the recovery of the 5 bodies is slower than it was than when he did that previously.
私はこれからアナタを看る。
Konan: From now on I will be looking after you.
紙分身はここまでにするわ。
Konan: This is as far as I will use my paper bunshin.

ここで火影として決着つける！
Tsunade: As Hokage I will end this!
少しは痛みを理解したようだ。。。
Pain: It seems as though you have understood pain a bit more.
。。。だがな。。。お前などに用はない。。。
Pain: …However…I have no business with the likes of you…
あるのは。。。
Pain: My business is with…
Page 16 & 17:
オレだろ！
Naruto: …with ME, right!
Page 18:
こんな奴らに木の葉の火影が出るまでもねーよ
Naruto: Konoha’s Hokage shouldn’t have to face the likes of these guys…
ばあちゃんはゆっくり茶でも飲んでてくれ
Naruto: Please take it easy and drink some tea or something, Granny.
ナルト。。。
Tsunade: Naruto…
どうなったの？ここからじゃ。。。
Sakura: What happened? I can’t tell from here…
すごいよ。。。ペインの一人をたった一撃で。。。
Byakugan Fodder: It’s amazing…He took out one of Pain’s bodies with a single attack…
。。。ナルト。。。アンタ。。。
Sakura: …Naruto…you…
じじ蛙。。。二人の懐かしい背中が見えんかったか？
Gamabunta: Hey Grampa Frog…doesn’t seeing him remind you of those two? (*Literally: Couldn’t you see the backs of those two just now?)

そうじゃのう。。。
Fukusaku: Yeah…
ナルトは先代を超えたようじゃのう。。。
Fukusaku: It seems Naruto has surpassed the previous generation…
うずまきナルト
Pain: Uzumaki Naruto.
決着つけてやる！！！
Naruto: I’m gonna finish this!!!
Sidetext: 狙うはペインの首一つ。His aim is for Pain’s head.

It was better to ask earlier but I thought that I understood you correctly.
By "Not for use in scanlations." you meant "you'd better not use this translation 'cause it was made in a hurry" or "I don't allow anybody to use it in any scanlation"? Because I thought it was the first one.
I hope we didn't make any fuss.
