To me, I would either use "While my "Shockers" in effect, he's defenseless!" or, better yet "He's defenseless while my "Shockers" in effect!"
Not sure how exactly the Japanese reads, as my knowledge of the language is fairly sparse.
Also, just because it sounds weird to me, but I would sooner personally call it "Shocker" instead of "Shockers," but that is just me, and I've no clue as to the original, if it was done originally as "Shockers," or whatever.
Although, I gotta admit, if it is "Shocker," I'd have to chortle at the innuendo.
I wasn't happy with it either, so I'm changing it to "He's defenseless while my "Shocker's" in effect!"
The name of it is actually quite weird, and I don't remember what Shrimpy translated it to last time... But it says "Shocker" in Katakana next to the word then a random 'n' in English. o_O
So I don't know if it's "Shocker Squared" or perhaps even "Shock'n" or something strange like that, lol.
So I would go with SHOCKER....

I didn't know what 'kai' meant, so I just looked up the Kanji in some of my dictionaries and it came up with;
"解- solution (of equation)".
So I went with solution. ^^
As for it meaning release, I don't think it means that exactly... but I admit, "Ashura Release" sounds *much* better than "Ashura Solution." :3
I'll go and check the Bleach Raws to make sure. ^^
