Suzuka 157

I wasn't planning to do any translations (and I don't think I've ever read any scanlations in the past), but Suzuka's currently my favorite manga (and I'm scanning the raws for it anyway) so I was inspired by this request.

Hopefully the format is pretty easy to understand since I included the Japanese.
