After being called back to the world of Psyren, Ageha and co. face a giant worm that eats people, as well as a man who looks exactly like Asaga's junior Tatsuo. Oboro and Kabuto both fall ill with symptoms of the infectious PSI disease, leaving the team in a difficult situation. Right after the mysterious man's reload was completed, Amamiya rushed right into the line of fire and attacked him with her Trance. The result...!?
