(t/n - before the next comic, some explanations are required:
装填数 (souten-suu) is a skill referring to the amount of shells/shots/arrows you can load at once before having to reload. Souten literally means "load/capacity". The core of this joke is he misreads the kanji as "souchin", which sounds kind of dirty (but it doesn't actually MEAN anything. It's just...chin is dick, so...). i think the english skill souten is referring to is "Normal S/RapidBow Up". As you can see, there's a world of difference in localizing games. they are hardly if ever literal in translation)
