Beelzebub 11

Couple updates...
Since I'm the only English translator for Beelzebub, and I can get a little... loose with English sayings and things, there's been some trouble with foreign translations getting some wonky translations off mine. So I've added Foreign Language Translation Notes (FLTL) which put the line in literally. Ignore them if you're fluent in English I guess.
Second, after some debate, people can't stop reading BL as Boy Love (Perverts!) so I put it in phonetically as Be'el.
Thiiiird, I got a little demoted after a haphazard translation (uwaaa. Wasn't Beelzebub, no worries), so you're gonna have to wait for an official ok before using this in a scan.
