THE JUSTICE CHOUJIN RUSHING TO OSAKA CASTLE!!

TN: In the midst of my ranting about the Neptune Message last chapter, I sort of almost forgot to ask this: how exactly did Neptuneman get that message out to all Choujin of Earth all at once? Was it some sort of magic mind telepathy Perfect Choujin (or just he) has? Did he turn Omegaman into a radio receiver? Does Omegaman have the means to activate Instrumentality with all Choujin uniting them all into one hive mind with Suguru as the leader and Bibimba to be choked to death randomly? (OK, forget the last part...earlier in this arc I compared this series to Watchmen, I really don't want to get into that mind-tripping anime) Well anyway, we get a whole collection of Choujin there, some who make sense, others...you just wonder why they're there or why the heck Yude still considers them as "good". Yeah I get this is build-up for the end but I just can't understand, get or like the whole "random Choujin from everywhere running to an obvious path to Osaka Castle no matter where they started from. I guess you could sort of say they want to pull something closer to some of the earlier arcs where a whole bunch of random Choujin supported Suguru regardless of not really being around (images of Specialman treating an entire group to tickets to Madison Square Garden comes to mind...I still don't know where he got the money from), but they seemed rather useless when they pulled that along the crowd shots...thus probably why they stuck with the crowd shots for the most part from most of the last few arcs. I guess it makes some sense...but it's still dumb.

As for the fight...the only real thing I didn't quite mind was Phoenix deciding to take the electric shocks from Omegaman to help him get undone...but the whole "spinning underground and grounding the electricity from himself" was just random as heck. Why the heck would Phoenix just destroy parts of the castle just to get rid of electricity instead of just grounding it through another means? (then again this castle makes no sense at all with all the wrestling rings and the massive stadium on the roof anymore) And then there's the Magic Square making a sudden return...it's hard for me to really say if that was intentional or just pulled out of nowhere considering we hadn't seen it for such a long time. (and I really can't tell anymore if Suguru even has the gauntlets to fold the things. Though I do have one admission: Cross Enzui was cool...the Friendship Magnetism still sucked though.

BTW: I hated that "entry" about Warsman being in "a non-prevalent Idol Choujin"...there are rumors about Yude's feelings regarding Warsman and why he never was prominent beyond the second Choujin Olympics but it really seems to show here. (at least he has a greater role in Nisei when Yude and fans rediscovered him)
