(TN: I have to say this as an aside: for the most part chp. 124 of the original Bo-bobo, where "Blazing Male Romance" was used the whole time, literally was a massive parody of the Akira Miyashita manly WSJ series "Sakigake! Otokojuku" I have to say that here because Don Patch and Tennosuke's 'commentary' at this point just seems to echo the similar commentary done by tough (but comic relief) characters Togashi and Toramaru who seem to commentate on every attack and battle means done in Otokojuku...then again, that chapter was TL way before I did Otokojuku myself so that's why I didn't really realize how close it was until now)

TN: Who knew that two Bo-bobo would not actually be better than one. Heck, as insane as Black Bo-bobo was, the factor of the two fusing together into a super-serious, unstoppable Hanage Shinken warrior was something that threw me for a loop as well. Though considering Hiiragi seemed to know that this was the inevitable result of what he was planning...I just wonder how much even he knew considering Black Bo-bobo was such a wild-card and an unknown probably even to the Neo-Maruhage forces before his release. Otherwise, this was just an insane chapter, from all the Hajike (see the "everything leading to everyone punching Tennosuke" part) to the bizarre "Little Match Girl" bit and Tennosuke's latest pity story. But of course with that unexpected ending, who knows what the heck is going to happen with Gemini Bo-bobo around and Don Patch and Tennosuke the only ones left to stand up to it...and that probably isn't a good thing.
